any action taken shall remain subject to the final outcome of the present Original Application.

viii. Direct the Respondents to reserve appropriate promotional vacancies for the Applicants pending adjudication of the present dispute.

ix. Grant all consequential service, seniority and promotional benefits arising from the final decision in favour of the Applicants.

x. Pass any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice.

AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS THE APPLICANTS AS IN DUTY BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY.
